Abstract

The current research aims to identify the importance of digitalization and its impact on institutional excellence in the Basra Education Directorate. This research adopted a descriptive-analytical approach to identify and analyze its variables, namely digitalization (the independent variable) and institutional excellence (the dependent variable). Additionally, pre-existing scales were developed to align with the research objectives and the sample. To achieve these objectives, a main hypothesis was formulated and tested on a sample of (96) officials from the Basra Education Directorate, selected from a total population of 126 officials. The researchers used a questionnaire as a key tool for gathering information and data for their research, along with SPSS-27 software for statistical analysis. They concluded that there is a significant relationship between digitalization and institutional excellence within the Basra Education Directorate.
