E-training and its role in developing employee skills: An analytical study at the Ur General Company / Dhi Qar Governorate

This research aims to highlight the role of e-training as an independent variable in developing employee skills as a dependent variable at the Ur General Company in Dhi Qar Governorate. Given the importance of this topic in public organizations, and the significant and prominent role of this particular company in society, especially in the industrial sector, the descriptive-analytical approach was adopted. The research sample consisted of 110 employees from the Planning Department and the Research and Development Department. Data was collected from these 110 respondents, who constituted the research population, using comprehensive survey. The research relied on a questionnaire as the data collection and analysis tool, utilizing SPSS and Amos software, along with statistical methods to test the hypotheses. The results confirmed the main and sub-hypotheses, thus affirming the existence of a positive correlation and influence between the research variables.
