Abstract

The Current Study aimed to know the Impact of Organizational Culture on the managerial decision-making process. The Study was conducted in two organizations affiliated with the Iraqi Ministry of Oil in the Province of Basrah, namely the Oil Products Distribution Company and the Oil Training Institute in the province of Basrah. the study adopted (the questionnaire) as a basic tool for data collection, as the opinion of (230) managers in the two management were surveyed. The study concluded that there is an important impact of organizational culture, with its four dimensions, on the managerial decision-making process. on this basis, The study suggested the need to focus on creating an organizational culture with positive diversity in the decision-making process, with The need to review and reformulate formal frameworks and methods for selecting and appointing managers in administrative positions
