Iraqi women's rights: between moderation and extremism A field study of a sample of female faculty at Almaaqal private University

Abstract

The general objective of this research is the possibility of achieving a balance between the legitimate rights that Iraqi women should enjoy and the legitimate duties that are expected to be entrusted to what extent can the Iraqi woman enjoy the rights that guarantee her full dignity, the stability of her family life on the one hand and on the other hand, does it have the opportunity to educate generations. Almaaqal private university was an area of study, because it includes a large number of faculty from the female and male who have experience in this field, the research relied for the purposes of the study an intentional sample of size (30 items). The comprising (20 women) and (10 men), and developed for the purposes of data collection a checklist that includes (seven main dimensions). The results of the study that the (the importance of taking into account the family, social, economic, religious and global aspects) in order to achieve balance in Iraqi women's enjoyment of their legitimate rights
