Abstract
The subject of knowledge and its impact on administrative creativity is of particular importance to administrative researchers because of what it constitutes of great importance in today’s business organizations that live in the economies of knowledge and the competitive environment that does not make it possible for knowledge to be distributed. Knowledge, application of knowledge) and the dimensions of administrative creativity (sensitivity to problems, fluency, flexibility, originality) that were embodied in the research hypotheses that were tested by the statistical method at the Oil Training Institute through the use of a questionnaire form distributed to a sample of research leaders in the administrative and teaching institute. To a set of results, the most important of which is the existence of a statistically significant effect of knowledge management on achieving administrative creativity. Based on the results obtained, a number of recommendations were proposed, the most important of which are: Working to support and disseminate knowledge at all levels of the Oil Training Institute / Basra and preparing training programs to develop skills Administrative and teaching leaders to improve their efficiency and develop their abilities to apply knowledge management and also introduce management Knowledge and administrative creativity in evaluating the job performance of the employees of the Oil Training Institute / Basra
